Principles for a happy and successful life.

1 Be Grateful AF.
Give gratitude for the fact that you’re alive today, tomorrow is never guaranteed. When you fill your heart with gratitude, then there is no space for fear and anger.
Also, then you tune in to the energy of receiving more of what you are grateful for!

2. Your current location is NOT your final destination. You get to choose a new path every moment.
This can be a true game-changer - because you relax. And when you are relaxed, everything comes to us easier.

Haven't you noticed that when you are in a rush you actually take more time to get ready or do the task, than if you would be simply focused and relaxed?

When we understand that it's ok where we are now, just keep evolving, then it's easier to be focused and achieve more.

You will be OK.

You will get there one way or the other.

If the plan didn't work, don't change the goal, change the approach. You will be surprised by how many ways there are to reach the same thing. You just need to find yours.

4. Feed your mind Daily.
If you do not actively take in positive content and inspiration daily, someone else will feed you their shitty stories instead.
If we do not progress, we regress.
And practice makes progress, so make it a habit to read a book, listen to a podcast, or have an interesting chat.
Daily.
And a habit is when it is easier to do the thing than not to do.
You don't even need to think - you commute/drive and listen to a podcast, or take afternoon tea/coffee and grab a book.

5. Spend the first 5-10 mins every morning speaking, journaling, or visualizing your ideal outcome. These times are when your subconscious is more susceptible.
That also means if you start a day by checking your notifications, you will start your day on someone else's agenda.
An exercise that works for me is to journal 5 mini achievements I want to make today. And don't go to sleep without achieving them. That's how you start the compound effect when small victories will lead to big ones.

6. Only describe yourself with positive empowering words. Your words don’t just describe your reality, they create them.
95% of the time we are doing things automatically and think the same thoughts, so you better make sure they are positive.

7. Normalize success.
Hang out with successful people, invest in successful people, learn from successful people.
The faster you adopt successful people’s mindset, energy and habits, the faster you’ll become it.
You are who you hang out with, and even if you personally have big dreams, but you do not have a support tribe - it's gonna be very hard to achieve your goals.
So, find your tribe.

8. Let go.
Forgive everything that weighs you down. People, your past, current situations. We have a limited amount of energy and if we spend time and energy on overthinking, remembering old wounds, we will not have the energy to create new, better things, business, and relationships.
The past is in the past, when you let go, you create more space for better things to come to your current life.
Open up.
